Part of Era 03The Street King Run

Eyan Mayweather

Released23 November 2015LabelYBNL NationProducerPheelzTypeAlbum · 21 tracks

Undefeated energy, named after the boxer who never lost. Fifth solo album in five consecutive years — a pace critics called ridiculous and fans treated as expected. Eyan Mayweather arrived months after the Phyno collab 2 Kings, closing 2015 with twenty-one tracks of street anthems and softer turns.

"Bobo," "Melo Melo," "Lagos Boys" and "Matters Arising" had already done the rollout work; the album collected them into a statement of consistency. Album of the Year at the NEAs followed. Whether every punch landed was debated — whether he was still in the ring was not.
