Year three of the run — and the one he framed as a return to hardcore hip hop. Announced as "no experimenting, just rap," The Glory arrived on Boxing Day 2016 alongside OLIC at Eko Hotels, a victory-lap release timed to a sold-out stage.

Features from Burna Boy, Wande Coal and Phyno mapped the moment: street kings sharing the mic with the artists who would soon redefine the mainstream. The album debuted at number six on Billboard's World Albums chart — rare air for a YBNL street project — and later took Album of the Year at the Nigeria Entertainment Awards.
